Purchasing Credits If you are interested in purchasing credits from the Bank, either as a permittee or agent please call in advance regarding price and availability. Upon execution of the sale, a certificate of utilization will be issued to the purchaser. This certificate will, in turn, be furnished to the regulatory authority to verify the completed transaction and satisfaction of the permittee's mitigation requirement. Both public and private interests are invited to inquire.
